Language Champions

Language Champions celebrates the people that have dedicated much of their life to documenting, making resources, preserving, reviving and teaching their languages. Language Champions includes individuals, language teams and communities that have made a significant contribution to supporting and advocating for Australia’s First Nations languages. Stories of the young and up-and-coming language workers will also be included as a celebration of the new generation of people committing to the challenge of ‘keeping language strong’.
